If you choose to explore working with us here’s what you can expect the onboarding process to look like. We follow a process to make it as easy as possible to figure out whether we are a good fit and whether we are likely to deliver exceptional results for your self-storage business.
You can initiate a conversation by emailing us. When you reach out you are welcome to ask us any questions you want about our services and we’ll get you the answers you need, usually within 24 hours.
If we have not yet had a conversation, we will schedule one to learn more about your Self Storage Management priorities. We’ll spend 15 to 30 minutes figuring out if our standard management offering will work for you or if something customized is needed. We will need you to tell us about your property, the address, how many units, the property occupancy, and where we can find your property online so that we can evaluate whether working together would be mutually beneficial. We can also answer any questions you might have.
Based on what we have learned about your priorities and preferences, we will put together a formal Agreement for you to review. This proposal will list out results we intend to deliver. Also included in the proposal will be, the services we will provide in pursuit of those results and details about the financial investment you will make when hiring us to deliver those results. If we plan on working together, but our description of the working arrangement is not quite right, we will figure it out during this step and make the necessary adjustments before memorializing the relationship via a formal management agreement.
Once you have accepted our proposal, you will return the signed management agreement to us.
